About The Business Innovation Hub:
The Business Innovation Hub (the Biz Hub) is an initiative of the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) established on 1 November 2013 with the mission to provide high-quality business management and leadership services to Afghan companies that have both the potential and the interest in further growth. The Biz Hub was created based on the need recognized in the Afghan Market for a center where businesses can ﬁnd a reliable and result-oriented set of services that help them grow.
Working through a team of highly educated Afghan and international consultants with extensive local and international business experience, the Biz Hub offers practical and dynamic expertise needed to accelerate Afghan businesses. It provides these services through long-term relationships combining training, consulting and coaching in a holistic and tailored package.

Service PRICING MODEL:
The Biz Hub believes the days of free donor money are quickly fading. While donors still play an important part in the development of Afghanistan, the time is now for Afghan entrepreneurs to lead the way. Part of the transition is to create a sustainable model for pricing services.
The Biz Hub believes that its success should be tied directly to the success of its clients. So a pricing model has been created that reflects this core principle. Once an assessment has been made of the services needed by the client company, a service fee package is created combining monthly cash fees and, more importantly, Revenue Growth Sharing (RGS). RGS ties a portion of the service fee to an increase of revenue over the term of the contract. In other words, if the client’s revenue grows from the baseline, the Biz Hub will be paid a percentage of that revenue growth as a service fee. If there is no grow, there is no Revenue Growth Sharing.
